with Prahaladan Mandelkorn and Ariel Lippman
November 14-16, Buckingham, VA
Yoga
means “yoking” and teaches one how to yoke finite consciousness to
infinite consciousness. Kabbalah teaches how to receive the divine flow
of intuitive insights and revelations and to achieve balance on the tree
of life. Workshop participants will experience practices from both
ancient traditions to refine their physical, emotional, mental and
spiritual awareness. Together we will create a sacred container to hold
divine energy, explore gentle Hatha Yoga asanas that increase the flow
of energy and breathing practices that refine consciousness.
Also
practiced will be meditations and visualizations on sacred names and
power symbols that enhance connection with the one’s highest Self,
singing of chants that transform and uplift emotion and consciousness,
and tell stories. All this while learning from sacred texts from both
wisdom traditions and expanding our skills to receive your own personal
wisdom here and now.
