Take a Count Numbers 1.1-4.20

Selections from Bamidbar, In the Wilderness, Numbers 1.1-4.20

In the first day of the second month following the exodus from Egypt
God speaks to Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, saying

Take a census, a count of the whole community by tribes
Every male 20 and above. Except the Levites,
All enrolled come to 603,550 (equals One, 6+3+5+5 is 19, 1+9 is 10 is one)

God says put the Levites in charge of the Ark of the Covenant and
All that pertains to it. They’ll carry it, tend to it, camp around it and
Perform its duties. The Israelites shall camp around the Tent of Meeting
See below. Each direction has unique qualities. See Sefer Yetzirah, Book of Formation

The Levite (in us each) safeguards the trust of the Ark of the Covenant
Bring forth the tribe of Levi (a call to us each). They safeguard my Trust
And the entire community regarding the Tent of Meeting
The entire tally of the Levites is 22,000 (= 4, power symbol D, a pathway)

I am sanctifying each first-born in Yisra-El. Each first-born is mine
Each of our children is our first born, and we are each the first-born

For each first born give five to the support the sanctuary
This is giving silver (courage, strength, wisdom) to Aharon (the priest in you)
Those with three children (5+5+5), “at least” 15 silvers to support a house of worship

Our priestly service includes lighting the oil (with meditation),
Waving the aromatic incense (of prayer) and
Dedicating the energy of our food and drink to the benefit of all

Thus the holy sanctuary (in our hearts) is never dismantled
